Crystal Yachts 40m Tri-deck
The Crystal Yachts 40m tri-deck is a collaboration between Crystal Yachts, Wijk Yacht Creations and Hydra Yacht Design. Developed with a bulbous bow, emphasis is on reduced resistance and lower overall fuel costs. Powered with twin diesels, cruising speed is estimated at 12 knots with a top speed of 16 knots, long distance range of 5000nm is provided at 10 knots. Further comfort at sea will be provided with zero-speed stabilisers.
The general arrangement offers an Owner’s deck with private terrace, four large guest cabins, a VIP cabin, large bridge, a garage for a 6,5m tender + toys and crew accommodation for eight. The Owner’s deck is quite unique for a motor yacht of this size and is provided with a number of moveable partitions to open & close spaces as required. The flybridge boasts a Jacuzzi, sun pad, dining area, open bar and helm area.
Externally the yacht is designed as a timeless modern classic with emphasis on large windows to provide natural lighting throughout. Intended for private and charter use, the yacht will be compliant to the MCA LY2 code and classification society rules.
